Parcel Q is the first phase of the redevelopment of San Francisco’s largest public housing site, Sunnydale. The proposed 5 story unit apartment building sits at the southeast corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn St. The unit makeup includes studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom units. The project also features a parking garage, an employee office, a community room with a full kitchen and a 6,000 square foot courtyard on the second floor with a playground. YA Studio is the Associate Architect on Parcel Q in collaboration with HKIT acting as the Executive Architect.
